We are constantly striving to prove the economic and environmental value in what we do. Developing our buildings in a way that recognises the imperatives of people and planet.

Our first project, Oriel St Bride’s, is the embodiment of these aspirations. 90% of the structure and 85% of the envelope is retained, whilst the building is transformed for its users. Designed to be very low energy in use, it is also a pilot project for the UK Net Zero Carbon Standard, showing the way for projects to meet a genuine Net Zero commitment.
