10 Salisbury Square, London

Original Works exchanged contracts in December 2024 for its first development project at 10 Salisbury Square from DWS, to be known as Oriel St Bride’s.

The property was acquired with an existing planning consent to reclad the existing fifth floor, however the design has now been developed to seek an additional sixth and seventh floor.

Oriel St Bride’s is situated on Salisbury Square which is undergoing a £300m+ development and newly landscaped public realm to create the new Justice Quarter and City Law Courts.
