10 Salisbury Square, London

Original Works exchanged contracts in December 2024 for its first development project, St Bride’s House at 10 Salisbury Square from DWS.

The property was acquired with an existing planning consent to reclad the existing fifth floor, however the design has now been developed to seek an additional sixth and seventh floor.

10 Salisbury Square is situated on a courtyard that is undergoing a £300m+ development by the City of London Corporation for their new City Law Courts.
